history & info
Want to ride Colossus after getting off Jet Star 2? If you don't want to walk all the way to the other end of the Midway, hop on the Sky Ride and enjoy a relaxing view of the park.
The north station was built in 1974 in about the same spot where the original Wild Mouse was from 1965 to 1971. The northern boundary of the park used to be much closer to this station like the south station is with the southern boundary. Eventually, the park stretched further north onto parts of the old race track and rodeo grounds and the addition of the Flying Carpet and Flying Aces in 1986 extended the Midway to its current location.
I'm not sure who manufactured this ride. If you know, please email me at farmingtonstar@hotmail.com.
