Originally the Pony Express Cabin - located next to the Pony Express Museum - it later became known as the Thurston Cabin. The Thurstons are the family that operated the Stagecoach. Guests would wait here for a ride, but a few years after the Pioneer Village Railroad was taken out, the Stagecoach stop was moved to the open space between here and the Telephone Museum. Today, it simply showcases the rustic living conditions of some pioneers.
