EXPLORE LAGOON: PIONEER VILLAGE TOUR: Ute Indian Museum

UTE INDIAN MUSEUM

The Mildred Miles Dillman Ute Indian Museum was an original attraction from the opening of Pioneer Village. The building was a large structure made to resemble a teepee. After about 20 years it started to rot away and this attraction was removed. In the mid-1990s the plan was to make a new garden area here with a covered picnic deck. As you can see, it has remained undeveloped for quite some time now.
